SHOW RULES
This show is Affiliated with the National Walking Horse Association. The cut off date for mailing entries in is October 18th. You may e-mail or fax them through October 22nd. The cut off time to register on Friday the 24th is by 5:30 P.M., and 10:00 A.M. on Saturday the 25th. We want to be sure that the announcer can correctly identify all the horses and riders in a class! If you have an add/scratch, please let the show secretary know at least one hour before the class. Your consideration is appreciated!. A valid (within 12 months) Negative Coggins test must be presented at the entry office before any stall can be occupied. To Reserve Stalls call Debbie Clark at 281-356-9241 AFTER 6PM. E-mail anytime at dclark1@us.ibm.com Stall fees will be $25.00 for one day or $35.00 for two days. Stalls will be available for move in anytime after ten A.M, Friday, October 24, 2003. Bedding will be available on the grounds ($5.00 per bag), NO outside shavings may be brought in. If you plan to arrive late, please notify show management to arrange for bedding to be left for you. NO DOORS OR PANELS MAY BE REMOVED FROM STALLS. Stall assignments will be based on the date and time of entry. Exhibitors must check the stall chart at the show office to insure they are in the correct stalls. Any Exhibitor moving into stalls assigned to someone else will be required to move into their assigned stalls without exception!. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST SIGN A RELEASE FROM LIABILITY BEFORE RIDING IN A CLASS. A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN FOR THOSE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER. RELEASES MAY BE OBTAINED IN THE SHOW OFFICE. ALL MONEY MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FORM AND BE PAID BEFORE NUMBERS CAN BE ISSUED. Any additional charges must be paid before leaving the show grounds. WARNING: Persons on Federal Disqualification cannot transport horses to this show and can participate only as spectators. They may not prepare horses to be shown, coach riders, or be present in the warm-up arena. No pads, action devices, plastic wrap are allowed anywhere on the show grounds or the show arena. NWHA- Members Only (trophy class) this class is open to ALL members of the National Walking Horse Association. You must be a member to show in this class. A trophy will be awarded. Country Pleasure Classes: The Country Pleasure Class is open to all breeds. The Country Pleasure Class is typically a two-gaited class. Horses entered In the Country Pleasure Classes are not eligible to show in any other Walking Horse Classes at the same show. Entries in Country Pleasure Classes, and OGB Pleasure classes are not required to furnish a horse registration number. NO CROSS ENTRIES BETWEEN DIVISIONS WILL BE ALLOWED. You MUST qualify to show in any championship class. To qualify, you must have shown in the perspective breed and divisional preliminary class. All Championship Classes with 5 or less entries, Payback starts with 2nd Place. Preliminary Classes including Model Championship Classes (9 & 10) = $100.00 all show fee LSGPHA members $125.00 non-members or $20.00 per class / 1st through 5th place ribbons will be awarded...trophy's to be awarded in Model Championship Classes to Champion and Reserve Champion. Championship Classes (51 - 60) $30.00 entry fee per class. Trophy's to be awarded to Champion and Reserve Champion.
