Overall  High  Point  Youth Awards - Points to be awarded based upon the point scale below.  The youth receiving the most points for the entire show will  be  the  Champion  the  youth with the second most points will be the Reserve Champion.  HORSE/RIDER COMBINATION!!! Trophy's   to   be   awarded   to Champion and Reserve Champion.     Point  Scale = 1st / 6 points    2nd / 5 points  3rd / 4 points  4th / 3 points  5th / 2 points all others receive 1 point for showing in class. Prize Money Paid by Check within 30 days of the Show. Rules  of the NWHA, RHBAA, and SSHBEA will apply where applicable except in   versatility   classes,  which  will  be  judged  according  to  TWHBEA Versatility  rules. The DQP(s) will be licensed by the NWHA. Judges will be licensed by the NWHA and RHBAA. (Note: All Rules of the RHBAA will apply to this show including all participants and shall be enforced by the judge and show  management  to  RHBAA in accordance with it's rules/ (Racking Classes Only).  All decisions of the Judge (s) and/or the DQP(s) will be final. The  show  management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally and/or  cancel  entries, disqualify exhibitors, prohibit showing of entries and award of prizes without claim for damages or refunds. GROUND RULES. Submission of an entry to this show constitutes agreement of the following: The  exhibitor  shall indemnify and hold harmless L.S.G.P.H.A. and The Lone Star  Convention and Expo Center, its managers and their respective agents, contractors,  officers,  employees,  directors,  shareholders  and  assigns (together  the indemnities) harmless against any and all claims, demands, costs  and  expenses,  including  reasonable  legal  fees, arising from the conduct  of  management of Exhibitor's business or its use of The Lone Star Convention and Expo Center or from any breach on the part of the Exhibitor, its  agents,  contractors,  employees,  guests or invitees in The Lone Star Convention  and Expo Center. If any action or proceeding is brought against an  indemnity  by reason of any such claim, the Exhibitor, upon notice from the  Indemnity  shall defend the action or proceeding by counsel acceptable to  the indemnity. Under Texas Law (Chapter 87, Civil Practice and Remedies Code)  an  equine professional is not liable for any injury to or the death of  a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. The  exhibitor  is  responsible  for  the security of his own property, and neither  The  Lone  Star  Convention  and  Expo  Center  or L.S.G.P.H.A. is responsible  for  accidents,  fire  or theft. All property of the Exhibitor left  at  The  Lone  Star  Convention and Expo Center is at the Exhibitor's risk. PLEASE GUARD PERSONAL EFFECTS. ALL  HORSES  ENTERING THE GROUNDS MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST CURRENT WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS. All  dogs  must  be confined or kept on a leash. No dogs are allowed inside arena  areas. Dog owners will be held solely responsible for the actions of their dogs. Please  dispose  of  manure in designated areas. Do not put manure in trash containers. No decorative or other materials will be nailed to the stalls. No Cooking is allowed in the barns. All 120 volt extension cords shall be 3 wire grounding type. Please  clean  all  trash  in  and  around stall area prior to leaving show grounds. No  pads,  action  devices,  plastic  wrap are allowed anywhere on the show grounds or the show arena.
